The following benefits are effective the first of the month after 60 days of employment for eligible employees: |

Holidays
Crye-Leike observes and will grant holiday time off to all eligible employees for the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
If the holiday falls on a Saturday, offices will be closed the Friday before.
If the holiday falls on a Sunday, offices will be closed the Monday after.
2 Split Holiday Weekends:
- Good Friday
- Thanksgiving Day

Security Ballew Administrators (www.sbcorp.com):
To meet eligibility an employee must have: completed 12 months of service,
worked at least 1,000 hours in the previous years, and be 21 years of age or older.
- Annual Open Enrollments held in June and December
- Employees may defer 1% to 15% total compensation on a pre-tax basis
